Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminium TIG Welder with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in welding aluminium components and assemblies. The candidate should be proficient in TIG welding processes, capable of reading engineering drawings, and committed to delivering high-quality welds that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform TIG welding on aluminium components
- Ensure weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish as per specifications.
- Select appropriate filler materials and welding parameters based on material grade and thickness.
- Conduct visual inspection of welds and perform necessary rework when required.
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting prior to welding.




- Handle thin and thick aluminium sections without distortion.
- Maintain welding consumables, gas cylinders, torches, and related equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain positive housekeeping at the workplace.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Aluminium TIG Welding.
- Understanding of welding defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut, distortion, and corrective actions.
- Familiarity with welding gauges, measuring instruments, and inspection methods.
