Job Responsibilities

- Package, test, and deploy applications using Admin Studio, InstallShield, SCCM, and App-V.
- Manage the end-to-end application packaging lifecycle.
- Analyze application requirements, dependencies, and licensing information.
- Perform quality testing, UAT, and environment-dependent testing for packaged applications.
- Deploy applications, software updates, and patches through SCCM/WSUS.
- Troubleshoot packaging, deployment, and SCCM-related issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow.
- Create and maintain deployment jobs, automation tasks, and reports.




- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver packaging solutions.
- Support and lead assigned tasks to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

- 4-6 years of experience in Application Packaging.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 7, and Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with Admin Studio, InstallShield, SCCM, and Microsoft App-V.
- Good understanding of Windows Installer Technology (MSI).
- Experience in software patching and deployment using SCCM/WSUS.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of VB Script and PowerShell Scripting.
- Experience with automation and reporting tools.
