Requirements:
- Recent experience in AR calling (Infusion billing or DME experience) or US medical billing
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of RCM process, denial management, and CPT/ICD codes preferred
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US timing)
- Basic computer and system navigation skills
