Preferred candidate profile
1. Graduation and communication are secondary.
2. Laptop required.
3. Stipend provided during training.
4. Prior Project experience is added advantage.
5. Java fundamentals are mandatory. Strong Spring Boot + React/Angular exposure will be a significant advantage.
6. Strong fundamentals in Core Java OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, basic Multithreading.
7. Good logical and problem-solving ability.
8. Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
Candidates will be selected primarily on technical fundamentals, aptitude, learning ability, and commitment to the training program.
