Key Tasks & Responsibilities :





- Orders follow up from customers including payments and co-ordination for dispatches with Plants, Finance and Sales.
- Calculation of Volume analysis, raising of Debit and Credit note.
- Attending customer complaints & providing necessary solutions.
- Pricing preparation and Credit Control Exposure
- Calculation of cylinder turnover ratio and related analysis.
- Account reconciliation , balance confirmation with customers
- Cylinder issue & recovery and control of payment track
- F&F; process while customer account closure
- Coordination with plant ,finance for day- day dispatches to customers on time
- Attending customers calls, Order Processing, Payment follow up, Forms follow up
- Agreement / Bank Guarantee renewal follow up
- Preparing MIS,CCR ,Renewal Agreements, Customer Master in SAP & custodian of docs.
- SAP price updation , Sales and margin data's sharing with team
- Periodic Credit Limit Review , Invoice ageing review
- Customer Complaint Management
- Co-ordination with Inter departments for smooth processing
- ASN Creation & Invoice submission in customer portal, SEZ invoice follow-up
