Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in environmental health and safety practices.

- Provide training on EHS best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.

- Investigate incidents related to setting, health, or safety (EHS) and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for reducing waste, conserving resources, and minimizing environmental impact.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure safe execution of fit-out activities

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Environment Health & Safety role.

- Strong knowledge of EHS management principles, regulations, and industry standards.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across various functions.

- Ability to analyze data from audits/incident investigations to inform decision-making processes.
