Roles and Responsibilities

* Building and running the evaluation datasets and benchmarks that measure how accurate our AI actually is
* Developing Python services that transcribe speech, extract clinical facts and generate structured notes
* Integrating with hospital record systems so notes reach the patient chart
* Building the interface clinicians use to review, edit and approve notes
* Working directly with senior engineers on a real, production, safety-critical product

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in AI & Data Science, CSE (AI & ML), passed out in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
* Solid foundation in developing AI/ML solutions, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python / Java with experience (Project/intern) in building machine learning and deep learning models libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark MLlib, OpenCV, scipy,



nltk, transformers, langchain, etc.
* Strong foundation of deep learning, computer vision, and generative AI concepts.
* Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
* Experience with LLMs, training them on custom data, as well as third-party LLM API (like Open AI API) integrations.

* Experience with ML frameworks (Intern/Project)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
* Preferred Qualifications:
Python, Git/GitHub, Linux, NumPy/Pandas, ML fundamentals, Deep Learning Libraries, NLP Libraries,Large
Language Model LLM, Model Training and Testing, REST API, Fast API, Relational Database, Data Pipeline, and Micro services.
