Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Infoblox SME to administer, support, and optimize Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing enterprise DNS/DHCP infrastructure, troubleshooting network services, and ensuring high availability and compliance across network environments.

This role requires close collaboration with network and infrastructure teams to support network expansion, transformation initiatives, and incident management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Administer and support Infoblox DDI services, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Configure, maintain, and manage DNS zones, DHCP scopes, and IPAM records.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of IP address management (IPAM) data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DNS, DHCP, and Infoblox-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and network teams during network expansion and transformation projects.




- Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational network and security standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5 - 10 years in Infoblox DDI administration and support.
- Hands-on expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise DNS and DHCP environments.
- Good understanding of network infrastructure and IP management best practices.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an enterprise IT environment.
