Responsibilities:

- Handle Customer queries through Chat / Email / Voice
- Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
- Stay updated with product information and company policies.

Required qualifications:

Educational Qualification: +2(Graduation not mandatory)

Adaptable to work from office on rotational night shifts.
