Job Title: Team Lead Accounts Receivable - Income Credit control

Experience: 5 - 8 Years of overall experience , with minimum 6 months as acting lead or 1 years as Team Lead on papers mandatory

Location: Chennai - Siruseri

Shift: UK Shifts - 2 days week offs

Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of professionals in the Account Receivable process, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching, feedback, and support for their career development.
- Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) related to the Account Receivable process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and customer service,



to resolve complex issues and maintain smooth process flow.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
- Manage escalations and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas of concern.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
- 1 year experience as a Team Lead
- Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role in the Account Receivable process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
