Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and exit/retirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, BGV, and joining.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HRMS/HRIS updates.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and HR letters.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, LOP, recent joiners, exits, incentives, and salary revisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, POSH, Shops & Establishments, and other labour regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, counselling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management, probation confirmation, appraisal, and PIP processes.




- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
- Manage HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and employee data.
- Handle HR administration, facilities coordination, employee assets, and vendor coordination.
- Manage exit processes, including resignation, notice period, clearance, exit interview, F&F;, relieving, and experience letters.
- Coordinate retirement/superannuation formalities and applicable employee benefits.
- Support HR audits, compliance reviews, and process improvements.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
