Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn servicing and maintenance of electric autos.
- Diagnose issues in the battery, motor, controller, charger, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical/EV faults.
- Assist senior technicians with repairs and replacement of components.
- Check battery health, charging issues, and electrical connections.
- Handle customer complaints and explain basic technical issues.
- Maintain service records and job cards.
- Sometimes visit customer locations for roadside/service support.
