Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect with robust expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Solution Architecture to lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within the telecom industry.

The ideal candidate should have extensive consulting experience, deep telecom domain knowledge, and a proven track record in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for large telecom organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business and technology solution architecture for Analytics, AI, and ML initiatives across telecom domains.
- Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare solution proposals for RFx and strategic transformation opportunities.
- Present solution recommendations and architectures to senior stakeholders and CxO leadership.
- Drive AI/ML Proof of Concepts (PoCs) from design through implementation.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Develop LLM-powered solutions including Chatbots, Knowledge Assistants, and RAG-based systems.




- Build scalable data pipelines for model training, validation, and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and governance.
