About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GST filing, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including customer invoicing, collections, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor invoices, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS, statutory payments, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and prepare ageing reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Support management with accounting and financial data whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 37 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Positive knowledge of GST filing and compliance.
- Strong understanding of TDS and statutory compliance.
- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, or equivalent.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or other industrial companies will be preferred.

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. and 3 times Food.
