Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site activities.
- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing and other finishing works.
- Read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, carpenters, fabricators and labour teams.
- Check measurements, quantities and workmanship at site.
- Ensure proper material planning and availability at site.
- Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly status to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and other agencies.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure quality, safety and proper execution of works.
- Prepare site measurements, material requirements and work progress reports.
- Ensure completion of works within the agreed project schedule and budget.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of experience in interior fit-out / commercial interior projects.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.




- Strong knowledge of interior finishing and execution.
- Experience in commercial, retail, office, bank, restaurant or showroom interiors will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand construction drawings.
- Ability to take site measurements and check BOQ quantities.
- Good subcontractor and manpower management skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Should be willing to travel to project sites in Kerala or anywhere in south India.
- Should be capable of handling site activities independently.

Retail / Restaurant / Banking / Corporate / Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects

Candidates who have worked with reputed interior contractors, turnkey contractors or project execution companies will be preferred.

Perks and benefits

25,000 35,000 per month, depending on experience, technical capability and ability to independently handle projects.
