Sales Multiple Positions:

PV Smart Energy LLP is a growing supplier of electrical materials and renewable energy solutions. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Professionals to join our team.

Positions

- Junior Sales Executive
- Senior Sales Executive
- Vertical Head Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through IndiaMART, cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and market research.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and promote suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and sales orders.
- Follow up with customers and ensure successful order closure.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Additional Responsibilities Vertical Head

- Lead, manage,



and motivate the sales team.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Track daily activities, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and performance.
- Guide and train team members to improve sales performance.
- Handle key customers and support the team in closing major deals.
- Prepare team performance reports and sales forecasts for management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Junior: 02 years of sales experience.
- Senior: 28 years of sales experience.
- Vertical Head: 6+ years of sales experience with team-handling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and business development skills.
- CRM knowledge (Zoho/Salesforce) is preferred.
- Experience in Electrical, Solar/Renewable Energy, Industrial, EPC, or Building Materials is an advantage.
- Candidates from other industries with strong sales experience are also welcome.
