Job Title: ServiceNow Architect/Senior Architect

Experience: Architect (15+ years), Senior Architect (20+ years)

Were hiring seasoned ServiceNow experts to lead architecture for enterprise-scale implementations from our offshore delivery centres. Youll own technical decisions, ensure scalable designs, mentor teams, and engage with client stakeholders. This hands-on role involves driving integration strategies, governance, and platform optimization.

Key Requirements:

- Proven architecture experience on ServiceNow (min. 7–10 years).
- Robust expertise in data models, integrations (REST/SOAP/Integration Hub), scripting (JavaScript/Glide APIs), and instance strategy.
- Client-facing communication skills to engage business and technical leaders.
- Certifications: CSA required; CAD, CIS, CTA preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Healthcare & Life Sciences workflows.
- ITOM, CSM, SecOps, HRSD, or Agile delivery experience.
