Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Lead Engineering Operations.
- Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG Sets, MGPS, Fire Systems, STP, ETP, Lifts and Utilities.
- Ensure Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance.
- Maintain Statutory Compliance.
- Coordinate Infrastructure Projects.
- Monitor Energy Efficiency.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)

Preferred

- MBA Operations / Facilities Management

Experience

- 8-15 Years
- Hospital Engineering Experience Preferred

Skills

- Hospital Engineering
- Project Management
- Vendor Coordination
- Maintenance Planning
- Compliance

Preferred candidate profile

- Managed a 200+ bed hospital (or similar facility)
- Knowledge of NABH engineering requirements
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems
- Solid contractor and project management
