Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media professional to manage and grow the social media presence of DJ Group of Institutions and its various educational and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage official social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute daily/weekly social media content calendars.
- Create, coordinate and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other digital content.
- Coordinate with academic, HR, admission and management teams to collect content and updates.
- Cover and promote campus events, seminars, achievements, admissions, celebrations and institutional activities.
- Develop creative captions, hashtags and campaign ideas.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach and performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats and digital marketing practices.
- Coordinate with graphic designers,



photographers and video editors, wherever required.
- Ensure consistent branding and skilled communication across all social media platforms.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media handling.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing will be preferred.
- Good understanding of reels, short-form videos, hashtags, engagement and social media analytics.
- Experience in handling social media for an educational institution, hospital, college or corporate group will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be creative, proactive and capable of managing multiple social media platforms independently.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and suitability.
