We are looking for a confident and motivated Course Coordinator to guide prospective learners and help them choose the right SkillmaxX programme.

Key responsibilities

- Speak with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings
- Understand their background, career goals and learning requirements
- Explain SkillmaxX courses, curriculum, projects, outcomes and learning pathways
- Recommend suitable courses such as AI Productivity Mastery, AI Data Analyst, AI Automation Engineer and Full Stack AI Agent Developer
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain lead information
- Convert qualified enquiries into enrolments
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams
- Participate in counselling events, seminars and outreach activities

Candidate profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents and working professionals
- Strong listening, counselling and follow-up ability
- A positive, energetic and target-oriented approach




- Basic understanding of digital tools, technology or AI
- Prior experience in education counselling, inside sales or course admissions will be an advantage
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply

This is a consultative counselling rolenot a routine telecalling position. The successful candidate will help learners make important decisions about their careers and develop practical AI capabilities.
