Key Responsibilities

- Design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PLC & SCADA systems.
- Programming, troubleshooting, and modification of PLC logic and SCADA screens.
- Maintenance and calibration of field instruments: pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters, analysers, control valves, etc.
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Troubleshooting automation, electrical, and control system issues.
- Documentation of control logic, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
- Coordination with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Support plant automation projects and system upgrades.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Robust experience in PLC & SCADA (mandatory).
- Knowledge of DCS systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in chemical / process / manufacturing industries preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to calibration, panel wiring, loop checking, and commissioning.
- Ability to handle breakdowns independently.
