Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of injection molding machines by performing breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, hydraulic maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, production operations, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Develop and implement effective preventative measures to reduce downtime and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to machine performance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed on each machine using CMMS software.
