Job Overview

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor / Civil Site Coordinator / Civil Engineer to manage and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, knowledge of AutoCAD, construction execution, quality control, measurements, site coordination, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Read and interpret civil drawings and layouts.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports and site documentation.
- Conduct site measurements and monitor material consumption.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials,



and work schedules.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, measurements, and billing coordination.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.

Candidate Requirements

- 1-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / BE Civil / B.Tech Civil.
- Hands-on experience in site supervision and construction coordination.
- AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory/preferred.
- Positive understanding of civil drawings, measurements, materials, and construction processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at construction sites.
- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, township, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Location Preference

Candidates currently based in Bhopal and nearby locations will be preferred.

Candidates from other locations may apply if they are ready to work in Bhopal / relocate to Bhopal.
