Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager – Night Shift to take overall ownership of night-shift operations, team management, project delivery, and vendor management.

The Floor Manager will lead and oversee the Project Management and Vendor Management teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, effective resource management, and resolution of operational and client escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall ownership of night-shift operations and floor performance.
- Manage and guide the Project Management and Vendor Management teams.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, deliverables, resource allocation, and priorities.
- Coordinate between Project, Vendor, and Operations teams.
- Oversee vendor/resource availability and project requirements.
- Act as the senior escalation point for project, vendor, client, and operational issues.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, KPIs, and team performance.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks, risks, and delivery issues.




- Ensure effective communication and handover with day-shift management.
- Review operational reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- IT background is mandatory.
- Experience in Operations, Project Management, Vendor Management, Client Coordination, or Team Leadership.
- Robust team management and escalation-handling skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and priorities.
- Candidates currently working in night shifts will be strongly preferred.
- Experience working with international teams/time zones is an advantage.
