Responsibilities

1. To analyse the tech-pack given by the marketing department.

2. To prepare base pattern considering the customer needs.

3. To organize proto-sample and send to customer through marketing department for approval.

4. To rework on the proto-sample, as per feedback received from the customer.

5. To get size set samples prepared and send it through marketing department for approval.

6. To prepare pre-production samples based on the size set approval.

7. To guide cutters regarding size set for understanding the tech-pack and prepare pattern by giving stiching allowances.

8. To take active part in implementing Quality Management System as per the documented procedures

9. To actively participate in fire fighting and first-aid training.

10. To carry out any other job as per the situation.
