Role Overview
Looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional / Solution Consultant with a strong technical background, hands-on implementation experience, and Pre-Sales exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Oracle HCM Cloud solutioning and Pre-Sales activities.
- Understand client requirements and design HCM Cloud solutions.
- Prepare RFPs, RFIs, proposals and solution presentations.
- Participate in client discussions, demos and solution workshops.
- Provide technical and functional inputs for HCM Cloud implementations.

Ideal Profile

- Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Consultant
- Strong technical + functional knowledge.
- Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Pre-Sales, RFP/RFI and client-facing experience.
- Strong solutioning and communication skills.

Significant: Not looking for a pure Solution Architect. The ideal candidate should have a strong balance of technical + functional + implementation + Pre-Sales experience.
