- Proven experience in program delivery and stakeholder management.

- Planning and managing work across client teams and NexTurn teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, and release management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and teams.

Good to Have:

- Experience in handling offshore/onshore teams
- Exposure to enterprise-level projects
- PMP / Scrum certification

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects.




- Work closely with client stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Plan, track, and ensure timely delivery of programs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Drive Agile practices, release planning, and change management.
- Identify risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities with clients.
