Location: PAN India

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM professionals to drive enterprise-scale operations management initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Configure Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Manage CMDB governance and data quality initiatives.
- Configure MID Servers and cloud discovery integrations.
- Build automation solutions using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
- Support incident reduction and operational visibility initiatives.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.
