What you ll be focusing on:

- Processing fraud alerts from payment providers.
- Managing new chargebacks in payment systems and creating tasks in the CRM.
- Addressing Solidgate prevention alerts and RDR chargebacks.
- Issuing refunds.
- Reviewing and handling potential chargebacks.
- Handling Billing tasks in CRM.
- Verifying suspicious customers.
- Analyzing operational efficiency and KPI adherence.
- Updating relevant articles and guides in the knowledge base.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

- Have B1 level of English.
- Have a basic understanding of Fraud & Risk Management and are comfortable handling manual operational tasks.
- Have hands-on experience in Payment Operations, including refunds, alerts, and disputes.
- Have a basic understanding of payment systems and processes.
- Have experience with CRM systems and process management.
- Are comfortable handling a high volume of tickets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Can confidently navigate and work across multiple systems simultaneously.
