BIO MEDICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Department: After Sales Services

Location: North India

Experience: 2- 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering

Travel: Travel across North India

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Sales & Service Engineer who can independently handle repair, installation, demonstration and servicing of OT Tables & OT Lights, while also contributing to AMC, CMC and service revenue

generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair, troubleshoot and service OT Tables & OT Lights at customer locations.

• Handle installation, commissioning and product demonstrations.

• Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Identify defective parts and recommend repair/replacement.

• Prepare Service Reports, Installation Reports & Quality Certificate Reports.

• Prepare and maintain AMC/CMC documents, quotations and service records.

• Regularly update customer/service activities in CRM.

• Identify and generate opportunities for AMC, CMC, paid services and spare parts.

• Maintain proper records of spare parts, tools and service equipment.

• Coordinate with the Service Head, Sales Team and Factory/Technical Team.





• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hands-on experience in repairing OT Tables & OT Lights.

• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and basic electronic systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Valuable documentation and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & CRM software.

• Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

• Ability to work independently at customer sites.

• Strong commercial approach with ability to generate service revenue.

ELIGIBILITY

• Diploma / Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Biomedical

Engineering.

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in medical equipment servicing.

• Prior experience with OT Tables / OT Lights will be strongly preferred.

• Must be willing to undertake frequent field travel.

• Valid driving licence preferred.

The ideal candidate should not only be a good service engineer, but also have the ability to identify customer requirements and convert service role & responsibilities .
