Nashik based. Reporting to Legal Manager. Degree in Law with minimum 5 years experience in the Any Industry.
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for handling domestic and international IPR applications/renewals;
- Activities related to trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design registrations/renewals;
- Maintaining files and updating the list of intellectual property and other matters; routine filing;
- Attending court cases as instructed and providing briefings;
- Processing invoices as per the companys procedures;
- Coordinating with attorneys and internal stakeholders;
- Preparing MIS reports and keeping them updated, etc.
- Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel is must.
- Positive oral and written English communication skills essential.
