Role & responsibilities

- Visit patients at their homes for blood and sample collection.
- Collect blood samples using vacutainers and proper phlebotomy techniques.
- Ensure correct patient identification and sample labeling.
- Handle, store, and transport samples safely according to guidelines.
- Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Ensure samples are collected and submitted to the laboratory within the required time.
- Coordinate with the operations/team regarding daily collection schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of sample collections and patient details.
- Provide a skilled and courteous experience to patients.
- Promote relevant tests/packages through upselling and upgrading where applicable.




- Handle basic patient queries and coordinate with the team for any concerns.
- Ensure proper maintenance of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidates with a DMLT / MLT / B.Sc. MLT / CMLT / BMLT qualification.
2. Candidates with hands-on experience in blood/sample collection.
3. Candidates who are comfortable with home collection and field work.
4. Candidates who know how to use vacutainers and follow proper sample collection procedures.
5. Candidates with a valid Driving License / Learning License.
6. Candidates who own a bike/two-wheeler.
