Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Granite Marketing Manager to drive domestic and export sales of granite blocks and processed granite products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, sales targets, market expansion, pricing and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for granite blocks and products.
- Identify and develop new domestic and international customers.
- Build strong relationships with granite traders, processing units, exporters, importers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
- Develop new markets and expand the company's customer network.
- Monitor granite market prices, competitor activities and customer demand.
- Coordinate with quarry, production, quality, logistics and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Conduct customer visits,



quarry inspections and product presentations.
- Monitor sales receivables and coordinate with accounts for timely collections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and market analysis for management.
- Drive repeat business and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Granite / Natural Stone / Marble / Building Materials sales.
- Solid knowledge of granite blocks, colours, quality, pricing and market trends.
- Experience in domestic and/or export granite marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.
- Strong customer network in the granite/stone industry will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Target-oriented and commercially focused.
