Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong understanding of Revenue Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing, with hands-on implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with subscription management, revenue recognition, and the Quote-to-Cash process.
- Ability to configure products, pricing, product bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, and discounting structures.
- Experience building advanced logic: product rules, price rules, automation flows, guided selling.
- Knowledge of subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition setups.




- Knowledge of integrations with NetSuite/ERP via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of Agentforce.
- CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementation experience.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15).

- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (mandatory).
- Revenue Cloud Consultant (mandatory).
- Agentforce Specialist (desirable).
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (desirable).
- Platform Developer I & II (desirable).
