Marketing Executive

Trinetra Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. (Bharat Fuel) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Executive to support our business growth and strengthen our marketing activities in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

- Promote company products and services to potential customers.

- Conduct market visits and understand customer requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, calls, and other marketing activities.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.

- Prepare regular reports on customer visits, leads, sales activities, and market feedback.

- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and business-development initiatives.

- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, and follow-ups.

- Support management in implementing marketing strategies and business-growth plans.

Requirements

- Experience in marketing,



sales, business development, or a related field.

- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Willingness to travel for market visits and field marketing activities.

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in petroleum, fuel, sales, field marketing, or B2B marketing will be an advantage.

- Candidates familiar with the Salem, Tamil Nadu market will be preferred.

What We’re Looking For

A proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive who can independently handle customer interactions, generate recent leads, develop business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
