Role & responsibilities :

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage the dealer/distributor network for EV scooters.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and channel partners in potential markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure their business growth.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and monitor sales performance.
- Take follow up old Dealer
- Plan and execute local marketing, promotional, roadshow, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, test rides, exhibitions, and EV awareness activities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.
- Provide regular market feedback to management regarding customer requirements and competition.
- Ensure proper product availability and coordinate with dealers regarding stock requirements.
- Support dealers in lead generation and conversion activities.
- Train dealer sales teams on product features, benefits, pricing, financing, and sales processes.
- Track enquiries, bookings, retail sales,



and dealer performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure achievement of territory-wise sales and retail targets.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to address customer/dealer concerns.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing, schemes, and sales processes.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler, or consumer durable sales.
- Experience in dealer/channel sales will be an advantage.
- Robust knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales, target-achievement, and business-development orientation.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
