Job Description:

Head Butler
Head Butler is the department head with responsibility for the successful functioning and delivery of our critical and differentiating butler services to guests. You set the tone for and are primarily accountable to providing a seamless face to the guest pre-arrival, during the guest stay and at departure. Butler services are accomplished by directly managing the Butler team - comprised of Butlers and Butler Valets - and robust coordination with other departments. Head of Butler leads by working to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department

Core Responsibilities
. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule junior butlers, conduct performance appraisals and manage ongoing training initiatives.
. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day department functions, inspect guest areas or suites, and maintain high visibility during peak service times.
. Administrative & Financial Tasks: Handle asset and inventory management, budgeting, and record-keeping.
. Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, handle feedback, and ensure personalized service standards are met.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
. Experience: Proven background in luxury hospitality, estate management,



or senior butler roles minimum 6-7 years of work experience
. Skills: Strong working knowledge of fine dining, wine and beverage service, etiquette, and protocol.
. Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and familiarity with health and safety or emergency procedures
. Discretion & Privacy: Ensure strict confidentiality and high-level privacy for elite guests and VIP schedules
. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor butler staff, valets, and coordinate with housekeeping or front office departments

7. Core Objective

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum Job Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts
