Are you passionate about creating trend-forward fashion with a strong commercial edge? We're looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of our Western and Indo-Western collections.

Key Responsibilities
✨ Lead the design and development of seasonal Western and Indo-Western collections.

✨ Research fashion trends, consumer insights, and market movements.

✨ Develop concepts, mood boards, color palettes, silhouettes, prints, and embellishment stories.

✨ Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams for seamless product development.

✨ Oversee fabric, trim, and sample development while ensuring quality and fit standards.

✨ Lead and mentor the design team to drive creativity and timely execution.

✨ Balance creative design with commercial viability.

✨ Ensure collections align with the brand vision and business objectives.





✨ Monitor design calendars and support seasonal launches and marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design

✔ 5–10 years of experience in Western & Indo-Western apparel design

✔ Strong understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, fabrics, and product development

✔ Experience leading design teams and managing multiple collections

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software

? Working Days: Monday – Saturday

? Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
