Tender & Bid Support
Review tender documents, and provide risk assessment to Business Team.
Contract Management
Draft, review, EPC contracts, subcontracts, consortium/joint venture agreements, MOUs, NDAs, supply agreements and vendor agreements.
Claims & Dispute Resolution
Support preparation and evaluation of claims, counterclaims, and variation orders.
Draft legal notices, responses, and correspondence with clients/contractors.
Coordinate with external counsel for arbitration, litigation, and dispute boards.
Compliance & Governance
Assist in drafting and updating SOPs, policies, and legal templates.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain repository of contracts, amendments, and legal documents.
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in EPC, infrastructure, construction, or projects sector.
