About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who can independently manage and execute high-quality content for Instagram and .

This opportunity is ideal for a senior content creator, social media professional, designer, freelancer, or creative specialist who prefers to work on a part-time or freelance basis while bringing strong creative judgment, execution skills, and an understanding of current social media trends.

You should be comfortable working independently, experimenting with AI-powered creative tools, and producing premium content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality Instagram and content, including reels, carousels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the brand and target audience.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and basic motion graphics.
- Use AI tools to create images, videos, copy, voiceovers, and other creative assets.
- Monitor social media trends and identify formats and ideas relevant to the brand.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Work with founders/SMEs to convert ideas and expertise into engaging social media content.
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and premium visual identity.




- Suggest improvements based on content performance and audience engagement.
- Experiment with new AI-powered content creation and automation workflows.
- Manage content creation independently and deliver agreed work within timelines.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, graphic design, video content, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and content formats and audience behavior.
- Robust visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Good short-form video editing skills.
- Experience creating professional social media content for brands, businesses, founders, or personal brands.
- Strong written English and ability to create engaging content.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools and willingness to experiment with recent technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable with deadlines and capable of managing multiple content requirements.

AI & Creative Tools

Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, Notion, or similar tools is a plus.

You do not need to know all these tools. Strong creative skills, practical experience, and the ability to learn and adopt new AI tools are more important.
