You will work closely with teachers, facilitators, and students to bring curiosity, activity-based learning, and real-world context into classrooms, particularly in rural communities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging ESM curriculum, lesson plans, and learning resources for Classes 1–10Create activity-based and experiential learning modules that make concepts practical and engagingTrain, mentor, and support teachers and Learning FacilitatorsConduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educatorsDevelop and support assessments to track student learning outcomesAnalyze learning data and identify opportunities for improvementPromote the effective use of MIS and digital learning toolsDesign and support student projects, science fairs, experiments,
