Job DescriptionMid-Level Proposal Writer – Government & SLED NExperience Required: 2+ Years NnAbout the Role NWe are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer with strong expertise in Federal, State, Local, and SLED government proposals, including subcontracting and collaborative bid environments. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end proposal development for staffing and workforce solutions opportunities across public sector agencies. NThis role requires deep knowledge of government procurement processes, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, compliance matrices, and staffing-related bid submissions. NnKey Responsibilities: NProposal Development &Management; Nn Lead full lifecycle proposal development for Federal, State, Local, and SLED opportunities. N Analyze RFP/RFQ/RFI solicitations and develop compliance matrices and response outlines. N Draft compelling technical, management, staffing, and past performance narratives. N Collaborate with recruiters, operations, finance, and leadership to gather required inputs. N Ensure adherence to formatting, evaluation criteria, and submission deadlines. NnnGovernment & SLED Focus Nn Develop proposalsfor agencies such as: N Federal departments (e.G.,DoD, DHS, HHS) N State workforce agencies N Local municipalities and counties N Educational institutions and public universities N Manage subcontracting proposals (Prime/Sub relationships).



N Support teaming agreementsand joint venture proposal coordination. NnnCollaboration & Strategy Nn Participate in bid/no-bid decisions. N Work closely with BusinessDevelopment to shape win strategies. N Conduct competitor analysis and incorporate differentiators. N Support oral presentationsand clarification responses. NnnCompliance & Documentation Nn Maintain proposalcontentlibrary and boilerplates. N Ensure FAR/DFARS and stateprocurement compliance where applicable. N Coordinate pricing narratives with finance team. N Support audits and documentation tracking. NnnRequired Qualifications Nn 2+ years of proposal writing experience in Government Staffing / Workforce Solutions NnnStrong experience in: Nn Federal Government proposals N State & Local bidsn SLED contracts N Subcontracting & teaming proposals N Proven success in winning competitive public sector bids. NnnStrong understanding of: Nn Government procurement lifecycle N Compliance matrices N SAM.Gov and state procurement portals N Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting skills. N Ability to manage multipledeadlines in a fast-paced setting. NnnPreferred Qualifications Nn Experience with GSA Schedule proposals N Knowledge of IDIQ, MSAs, and Master Vendor Programs N Familiarity with ATS/HRIS or staffing technology platforms Nn
