Role: Full-Time | On-Site | Pimple Saudagar - Pimpri Chinchwad
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk, calls, visitors and appointments.
Handle student enquiries and make follow-up calls.
Explain courses and admission-related information.
Maintain enquiry records and basic documentation.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Provide a skilled and welcoming experience to students and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.
Good follow-up and basic sales skills.
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
Prior experience in reception, telecalling, counselling or admissions preferred.
