As a Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer - Project Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through large-scale construction projects in your designated area. Your efforts in building relationships and securing key projects will significantly contribute to the company's growth and market dominance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure key private and government projects in the assigned market by leveraging your network and influencing decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities to drive project sales.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand project-specific needs, competitor activities, and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies.




- Ensure that product quality and perks are effectively communicated to project stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor project sales performance regularly, prepare detailed reports on sales activities, and provide insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key project customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
- Ensure complete compliance with the company's reporting requirements, maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.
