About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Kolkata. You will handle print and packaging design, photo manipulation, and digital marketing creatives, while leading a small team of 2-3 designers. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with efficient, AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Design print collateral and packaging (brochures, labels, boxes, catalogues, standees, etc.) that is print-ready and production-accurate.
Perform advanced photo editing, retouching, and manipulation for product, campaign, and marketing use.
Create digital marketing designs for social media, ads, email campaigns, website banners, and other platforms.
Edit and produce short videos, reels, and promotional content.
Use AI tools in your daily workflow to speed up ideation, production, and enhancement while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.




Manage multiple projects at once and handle client or internal feedback and revisions.

Other Skills

Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., for image generation, enhancement, copy or content support) as part of daily work
Robust understanding of print production, dielines, colour modes (CMYK/RGB), and packaging formats
Sound knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, and composition
Ability to lead a team, give constructive feedback, and manage workflow

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design
Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of at least 2-3 people
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
A strong portfolio showcasing print, packaging, photo manipulation, and digital work (mandatory)

Language Requirements

Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
