Ajanta Pharma Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional for the position of Sr. Executive – Data Analytics to support the International Business function. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in reporting, automation, and business insights generation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making. Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for various business functions. Lead analytics initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Create and optimize reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business reports.



Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related role. Strong team handling and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience in: SQL Power BI (Basic) Advanced Excel VBA Ability to independently lead analytics projects and automation initiatives. Strong business acumen with a focus on reporting and insights generation. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage. Preferred Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
