Job Title: Customer Success Specialist / Post-Sales Associate / Customer Engagement Specialist

Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience (preferred: onboarding, counselling, post-sales, and customer engagement experience)

Job Module: Work From Home (6 days working)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end responsibility for the customer journey from the day the sale is closed until program completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage.
- Act as the first point of contact post-sale, welcoming new customers and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to customer success.
- Conduct structured onboarding and provide a complete walkthrough of the program.
- Set clear expectations from Day 1 and create a structured roadmap aligned with the customer’s goals.
- Regularly engage with customers through calls, messages, reminders, and follow-ups to drive participation and completion.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, proactive support, and consistent engagement.




- Track customer progress, engagement levels, milestones, drop-off points.

Skills & Qualifications Required

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Onboarding, Counselling, Customer Success or related roles. (preferred: post-sales customer engagement, and counselling sales role).
- Experience of ed-tech Industry will be an add-on.
- Excellent command over communication and presentation
- Strong ability to lead conversations and keep the audience engaged
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and coordinate efficiently
- High emotional intelligence to make customers feel valued, supported, and motivated
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach
