Role Description

* Identify and generate current business opportunities through *cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels*.

* Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries and markets.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

* Promote and sell services.

* Coordinate with the *Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Design, Content, and Development teams* to ensure smooth project onboarding.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups,



and sales activities in CRM or other reporting systems.

* Track sales targets, revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.

* Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Required skill

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in market research, identifying business opportunities, and understanding client needs
- Experience in sales strategy development and contract negotiation
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute B2B lead generation and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of objectives
- Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding teams towards achieving targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage
