Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business through cold calling, emails, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers and customers.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through closure.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Consistently achieve sales and business development targets.
