Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and academically strong freshly qualified Chartered Accountant with excellent conceptual knowledge and a passion for learning. The role offers exposure to core finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and corporate finance activities across a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial reporting, accounting, and book closure activities.
Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Compliance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, including GST and Income Tax.
Support in audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
Analysis of mergers, demergers, preference shares, debentures, and other corporate finance transactions.
Preparation of MIS, financial models, and management reports.




Assist in finance process improvement and automation initiatives.

Excellent conceptual understanding of:
Accounting Standards / Ind AS
Direct & Indirect Taxation
Financial Statements & Reporting
Corporate Finance Concepts
Mergers & Demergers
Preference Shares & Debentures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
